This book is fantastic. It has probably every product you can ever think of. As I read this book I was very excited to see how well written it is. Gluten -Free Grocery guide has a very easy to follow index and also has ideas that are very helpful when trying to stay away from gluten in your diet. It is a must for anyone with this problem.
