January to me has always been  a month to try to organize my home to make it easier to find what I need without going crazy looking for it.     I do a pretty good deep cleaning in January... beginning with EVERYTHING HOLIDAY related! LOL

    Pretty much... since we are taking down christmas stuff and putting the rest of the stuff back out. And those pieces from the christmas tree seem to magically wind up EVERYWHERE! :)

    I feel like I am cleaning house ALL the time! It's an ongoing process, but I never really have time for a deep clean.

    I just finished a major clean of my home. After the holidays I am still finding Christmas tree needles in the darnest places.

    I try to get everything cleaned out and organized. Haul things off to charity and throw things out. It gets me ready for the year ahead

    I always intend to do a really good cleaning in January, but I'm usually so exhausted from the holidays and all of the family celebrations, that I just don't get around to it until February.

    I usually clean the house in January the same as I clean it in June, I just don't get to shake the rugs outside and things like that.

    We're moving in March so we're starting to clean and get rid of stuff we don't need but January usually isn't any different than any other month in the cleaning department.

    Absolutely. We live in a very small apartment, so when we get gifts and new things we have no choice but to donate or sell other things.

    Yes. I try and get rid of anything that I haven't used or worn in the past year. It is a great way to start the year with more space and a clutter free environment.

    No more than normal. But seem to have more stuff after the holidays and trying to put away all the decorations and wrapping and such (never goes back as well as it came out of storage).
