Over the long-lit months as Kelly works to restore the quilt, she is drawn out of her self-imposed shell and embraces the family God has given her after her own family failed her. As Kelly reads stories in a journal penned by Mary Gray, she learns there is no transgression beyond God's forgiveness, but the real obstacle is forgiving herself. I am very lucky right now to be reviewing this wonderful series. I will be sharing my thoughts at different times. The first that I have just finished is The Christmas Quilt. This novel is a story of faith, courage and belief that everything will be okay, Annie and her best friend Leah are both pregnant. Leah is a lot further along and Annie has used time together to become very close. even more than they were before. Leah although terrified finds herself relying on Annie. I was not able to put this book once I started to read it. I had to get to the ending and fight out what was going to happen. I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book by The Litfuse Publicity Group and all opinions are my own.
