Dial P For Poison by Zara Keane GIVEAWAY

Dial P For Poison
by Zara Keane

This book was a great mixture of friends and past that brought Maggie to the island.
~Community Bookstop
This was such a fun and light-hearted read, I liked Maggie and her inept baking skills when she nearly burned down the cafe.
This is a great first entry for this series. This is a new to me author, but I’ll definitely want to continue reading about the Movie Club.
~Book Babble
I was captivated from page 1 until the end! I am choppin’ at the bit to open up book 2 …
~The Journey Back
I enjoy a good mystery and this one is set on a small island in Ireland and is a place I wouldn’t mind visiting especially because the cafe is a refurbished theater – the kind you see in movies from the 50’s or you might see in a small town. It is a creative way to refurbish an abandoned movie theater!

Cozy, quirky, and fun, this tongue-in-cheek mystery is a delicious introduction to the Movie Club Mysteries Series. Grab a cocktail and join Maggie as she takes her detective skills across the pond in Dial P For Poison.

Wishing for things that can never be is foolish . . . or is it?
Hope Harbor police chief and single mom Lexie Graham has zero time for extracurricular activities--including romance. Ex-con Adam Stone isn't looking for love either--but how ironic is it that the first woman to catch his eye is a police chief?

When Lexie enlists Adam's help to keep a troubled young man from heading down the wrong path, sparks begin to fly. Could it be that God may have a different--and better--future planned for them than either could imagine?

Lauded by Library Journal as "a master at character development," Irene Hannon welcomes you back to this charming Oregon seaside village.

My review;

"Sandpiper Cove" is part of the A Hope Harbor series by author Irene Hannon.  Lexie Graham is the police chief of Hope Harbor and she is also a mom with no husband. Adam Stone has no intention of getting involved with anyone especially the police chief, after all he is an ex-con. Adam is asked by Lexie to help with a problem she has and they start to have feelings for each other. What are they going to do? They are not even at all alike. Can they find a way to have a life together? I really liked this novel a story of hope family, and love. I was given this book for a review by Revell Publishing Company and all opinions are mine. I give this book a 5/5.

Tethered by Jenn Marie Cover Reveal

Preservation by Kate Canterbary Cover Reveal

Some things have to fall apart before they can be put back together.

The Walshes #7
Kate Canterbary
Releasing May 23, 2017
Vesper Press

Two lonely hearts.

Just once, she'd like to be someone's first choice.
She's strong-willed and spunky, but she's left picking up the pieces from her ex's lies and manipulations, and daydreaming about taking a scalpel to his scrotum.

Flying under the radar is what he does best.
He's laid-back and loyal, but he wants the most off-limits woman in his world, and nothing will ever make that a reality.

An arrangement of mutual benefit.

Two months, four dates.
Five, if things go well.
Five at the most.
But possibly six.
Definitely no more than six dates.
Only the appearance of a romantic relationship is required, and they expect nothing more from their time together. There will be none of those benefits involved.

One wild weekend.

After waking up in bed together—very naked and even more hungover—the terms and conditions of their arrangement no longer apply. Now they're faced with something riskier than exposing their fake relationship:  letting go of the past and zipping up the future.

Some things have to fall apart before they can be put back together.

Kate Canterbary doesn't have it all figured out, but this is what she knows for sure: spicy-ass salsa and tequila solve most problems, living on the ocean--Pacific or Atlantic--is the closest place to perfection, and writing smart, smutty stories is a better than any amount of chocolate. She started out reporting for an indie arts and entertainment newspaper back when people still read newspapers, and she has been writing and surreptitiously interviewing people—be careful sitting down next to her on an airplane—ever since. Kate lives on the water in New England with Mr. Canterbary and the Little Baby Canterbary, and when she isn't writing sexy architects, she's scheduling her days around the region's best food trucks.
