Wow, I really loved using this! I was very surprised at how easy it was to use. The handle was rubber and it never slipped out of my hand. It is stainless steel and a breeze to clean up. When I was done I just put it in the dishwasher. It couldn't get any easier. I really think that anyone who loves to cook should have this in their kitchen.
