This is the 11th novel in the Paul Madriani Series. Paul Madriani has no time to rest.  There was an almost explosion at a naval base and now they think he is part of another plot. They also think that this time it is Madriani that the assassin wants dead. Will he be able to stop them this time?   I give this a 4/5. I was given this book by Partners in Crime Tours and all opinions are my own.
