My review;
I just finished reading this book and I loved it. This book very easy to use, the author takes you from shopping with a great list, to the equipment and the right tools you need. Then he even walks you through the whole preparation process. After anyone reads this book they will be not only a wonderful cook but they will know how to entertain and throw a party for almost any occasion.The beginning of the book tells it all; A gentleman's 25 tenets for stress free entertaining. I give this book a 5/5.
