My Review;
I really love this author's writing and stories. Independent but alone, with no one but herself to help her Charlotte Fraser decides that she must return to her family's ruined rice plantation in South Carolina called Fairhaven. Charlotte has tried to make it work but eventually realizes that she has to tutor Nicholas Betancourt's daughters who live next door. As their feelings for each other start to grow so does danger all around them. This story is one of family love and loyalty to one's heritage. Charlotte was a woman who was a very strong character and very likable. I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book by Litfuse Publicity Group for the purpose of a review and all opinions are my own.
