    We would always go to my Grandmas on St. Pat's day cause we would always call it her namesake day and eat corn beef with her. She passed in August so its sad. But I have good memories of being with her.

    We used to do the NYC Pub hopping thing years ago. Now we just do homemade corned beef and Irish stout at home. Thank for the giveaway!

    My favorite part of St. Patrick’s Day is probably, and this is terrible, the cupcakes! That sounds really bad but every year they (“they” being a nationwide bakery type place that makes them and sells them once a year and the name is escaping me right at the moment, sorry about that) make these really great chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting with green decorations and they are just so very good! My other favorite part is catching parades when they come on the TV. It’s usually too darn cold to actually go outside and locate one, but watching them on TV (while eating cupcakes) is always fun. Have a happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone.

    to me St.Pat's is always a sign that spring is on it's way. The green of St.Pat's coincides with green grass and I love it!
