A Stolen Heart by Amanda Cabot Book Tour and Book Review

About

The future she dreamed of is gone. But perhaps a better one awaits . . .
From afar, Cimarron Creek seems like an idyllic town tucked in the Texas Hill Country. But when former schoolteacher Lydia Crawford steps onto its dusty streets in 1880, she finds a town with a deep-seated resentment of Northerners--like her. Lydia won't let that get her down, though. All will be well when she's reunited with her fiancé.

But when she discovers he has disappeared--and that he left behind a pregnant wife--Lydia is at a loss about what to do next. The handsome sheriff urges her to trust him, but can she trust anyone in this town where secrets are as prevalent as bluebonnets in spring?

"From the opening lines, Amanda Cabot's A Stolen Heart made me want to curl up under a quilt with a hot cup of tea and just read. A mystery is followed by a half dozen more; romance with inventive misunderstandings brings Yankees and Southerners together; and the sense of community is 'sweetly' portrayed in such a way to steal a reader's heart. This Texas story will make you cheer right up to the surprise ending. Bravo, Miss Amanda!"

My review;
"A Stolen Heart" by Amanda Cabot is a story that will grab your attention from the first page. Lydia Crawford used to be a teacher. She has come to a new town and she is looking for her fiancĂ©. Will he be there? She finds that he has already married someone else and he is gone. Now what is she going to do?  Where is he? Is he okay? Who is she going to turn to? This is a story of faith, hope and love. But, there will be many trials and many questions along the way. I give this book a 5/5. I was given this book for a review by Revell Publishing Company and all opinions are mine,
