Synopsis
From the national bestselling author of Well Read, Then Dead comes the second mystery featuring Sassy Cabot and Bridgy Mayfield, who bring Fort Myers Beach, Florida, residents plenty of sinful treats and killer reads at their bookstore café, Read ’Em and Eat.
Happy to help her fellow bibliophiles, Sassy visits the local library with book donations for their annual fundraising sale. Unfortunately, the welcoming readers’ haven is in turmoil as an argument erupts between an ornery patron and new staff member, Tanya Lipscombe—also known as “Tanya Trouble.” She may lack people skills, but everyone is shocked when she’s later found murdered in her own hot tub.
The man last seen arguing with Tanya is soon arrested. But Alan Mersky, a veteran with PTSD, happens to be the brother of Sassy’s former boss—and he’s no murderer. Now it’s up to Sassy and Bridgy to clear Alan’s name and make sure the real killer gets booked.
Includes a recipe for Miss Marple scones!

My review;
"Caught Read-Handed" by author Terrie Farley Moran is a fantastic mystery. This is the second book in the A Read "Em and Eat Mystery series. Sassy Cabot and Bridgy Mayfield own a really nice bookstore café called Read 'Em and Eat. First of all I love the title of both the series and the book. I couldn't wait to read about Sassy and her latest adventure. Sassy is working on getting donations for a fundraiser that they take part in every year. Tanya Lipscome has a reputation and she is known as Tanya Trouble. This year she has volunteered to help with the fundraiser. It is not long after she is seen arguing that she is found dead. Sassy has decided that they have arrested the wrong man for the murder, even if he was the one arguing with Tanya. Bridgy and Sassy know that the real killer is still out there. I really liked the way this author told us the story and I loved the characters. couldn't wait until I got to the end of the book. I could not wait to red the ending. I give this book a 5/5. I was given this book for a review and all opinions are my own.
