Through captivating stories, explorations of fascinating biblical characters, and examples of deeper-than-ever prayers, she brings within your grasp the peace that passes understanding. If you are overwhelmed by all of the urgent demands on your time, this book offers you a lifeline to true peace.

My review;

I just finished reading The Stress Cure and I really enjoyed reading it. The author separates her book into 12 Chapters, each Chapter talking about different stress events in all our lives. There are chapters such as , "Offended, Helpless and Depressed to name a few.   She gives us different prayers to use. I give this book a 4/5. I was given this book by Revell Publishers and all opinions are my own.
