an educator who works for National University and Brandman
University. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history from the
University of Texas and a master of arts degree in speech/drama from
Sacramento State University. He is the author of two reference books.
William and his wife, Vita, have two daughters and live in Fair Oaks,
California.
